14 out of the past 20 years Town & Country Ford of Pell City has been awarded Ford’s highest honor for customer satisfaction, the President’s Award. Ford Motor Company’s President’s Award is reserved for the best of the best. In 2019, only 340 out of nearly 5,000 Dealerships received this award. Every year, this award is given to Dealers who provide their customers with first-rate treatment throughout the life of their Ford.
