Program Description

Town & Country Ford Pell City may send SMS text messages regarding vehicle inquiries, inventory availability, pricing, incentives, dealership offers, appointment reminders, service information, and other dealership communications that you have requested or agreed to receive.

Consent and Opt-In

Customers are not automatically enrolled in SMS marketing simply because they provide a telephone number, submit a vehicle inquiry, visit the dealership, make a purchase, or have a previous customer relationship with Town & Country Ford Pell City.

Customers may provide express consent to receive text messages during an in-person visit or telephone conversation with a sales consultant. When verbal consent is provided, the sales consultant documents the customer’s consent in the dealership’s VinSolutions CRM before marketing text messages are sent.

Customers may also receive an SMS consent request from Town & Country Ford Pell City and affirmatively confirm consent by replying YES.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Opt-Out

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message from Town & Country Ford Pell City.
